Thick-sheet thermoforming uses highly plastic sheet materials that are heated and softened, then formed through a vacuum process. The material has excellent moldability and can be customized into various trays, product housings, or components of different shapes. Products can also be customized to meet special requirements such as flame retardancy and anti-static properties. Compared with injection molding, thick-sheet thermoforming offers lower mold costs and shorter production cycles, making it the best choice for new product trial production and small-batch manufacturing.
