 CFD fluid simulation

Using a self-developed propeller performance rapid prediction program, a large number of schemes are generated from dozens of candidate airfoils based on target operating conditions for comparison, and the optimal combination is repeatedly verified and screened.

CAE finite element analysis

By using fluid structure coupling analysis technology, the load distribution of fluid simulation is directly loaded into the simulation of the entire propeller structure, which can more realistically monitor the status of each component, coordinate the cooperation of each component, and leave no flaws.

 Topology optimization design

We attach great importance to using topology optimization techniques to calculate optimal specific strength schemes based on loading conditions in blade structure design, simplifying complexity and unleashing infinite potential in limited space.

Energy Sunbber technology

The entire series adopts our self-developed energy snuber kinetic energy buffering technology. When the blade is subjected to external violent impact, it absorbs the impact kinetic energy from the blade through special structural deformation to protect the motor as much as possible.


Installation method


Customized PTFE gaskets make the folding paddle work longer.

The shaft and screws are made of high-quality steel of the same grade as the motor spindle, which is more difficult to bend and break.

The paddle clamp is made of 7075 high-strength alloy aluminum, combined with excellent anodizing surface treatment technology, 

which is rigid and lightweight.

Precautions

(2) Before takeoff, pay attention to checking whether the polymer propeller is damaged. If there is any damage, please replace it in a timely manner, otherwise there is a risk of breakage.

(3) If the polymer propeller falls or is subjected to a similar impact during use, it may cause deformation or cracking of the propeller blade. Please replace it with a new propeller blade in a timely manner

(4) Do not forcefully pull or tug on the propeller blades to avoid damaging them. Do not disassemble this product. If self decomposed, its safety and other performance will not be guaranteed

(5) Do not touch the polymer paddle when it rotates, otherwise it may be injured. Be extra careful during installation and use.

(6) In terms of storage, corrosive gases and harmful environments should be avoided, as well as temperature ranges not exceeding -10~50 ℃ and humidity ranges of over 85%. Especially when stored for a long time, more attention should be paid.
