Product Description
Manual variable pitch propeller is an innovative choice for unmanned aerial vehicle power systems. It is designed specifically to solve the problem of low efficiency in high-speed and high-altitude flight. By replacing the positioning block, the blade pitch can be quickly manually adjusted. The operation is simple and does not require professional training. Provide multiple variable pitch angles such as 7.5 and 10 (some require customization), and users can accurately set the positioning block selection table based on flight speed and altitude.

Performance comparison
Force effect curves of three positioning blocks (pitch) at different inflow velocities
(Taking MN605 KV170+FLAME 180A 12S V2.0+MF2211VP as an example, with a flight angle of 30 °, S0, S5, S10, S15 represent velocities
of 0m/s, 5m/s, 10m/s, 15m/s, D0, D2.5, D5 represent 0 ° positioning block, 2.5 ° positioning block, and 5 ° positioning block, respectively)

Conclusion: As the angle (pitch) of the positioning block increases, the force effect of the propeller becomes higher and higher at higher inflow velocities.
Multi adaptability
Multirotor VTOL
The manually variable pitch series blades can not only support multi rotor aircraft, but also effectively adapt to the needs of vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, providing higher flexibility and performance to meet the requirements of different flight missions.

Precautions
(1) Please carefully check whether the screws on the cover plate are installed properly before use, and the polymer paddle must be installed properly.
(2) Before takeoff, pay attention to checking whether the polymer propeller is damaged. If there is any damage, please replace it in a timely manner, otherwise there is a risk of breakage.
(3) If the polymer propeller falls or is subjected to a similar impact during use, it may cause deformation or cracking of the propeller blade. Please replace the propeller blade with a new one in a timely manner.
(4) Do not forcefully pull or tug on the propeller blades to avoid damaging them. Do not disassemble this product. If self decomposed, its safety and other performance will not be guaranteed.
(5) Do not touch the polymer paddle when it rotates, otherwise it may be injured. Be extra careful during installation and use.
(6) In terms of storage, corrosive gases and harmful environments should be avoided, as well as temperature ranges not exceeding -10 to 50 ℃ and humidity ranges above 85%. Especially when stored for a long time, more attention should be paid.
