The complex mixing ratio technology of carbon fiber and plastic polymer, through continuous improvement of 

injection molding process, we are now able to manufacture propellers with higher pressure standards.












◆Ultra thin curved trailing edge, with a minimum thickness of 0.16mm, combined with trailing edge thickness gradient technology, reduces airflow interference on the vertical surface of the trailing edge and improves the lift to drag ratio of the entire propeller.

◆The surface of the blade is coated with a special thermal insulation layer, which has high light shielding and achieves UV protection. At the same time, the blade material has high temperature resistance and can operate at high temperatures for a long time.

Precautions

(1) Please carefully check whether the screws on the cover plate are installed properly before use, and the polymer paddle must be installed properly.

(2) Before takeoff, pay attention to checking whether the carbon fiber propeller is damaged. If it is damaged, please replace it in a timely manner, otherwise there is a risk of breakage.

(3) If the polymer propeller falls or is subjected to a similar impact during use, it may cause deformation or cracking of the propeller blade. Please replace the propeller blade with a new one in a timely manner.

(4) Do not forcefully pull or tug on the propeller blades to avoid damaging them. Do not disassemble this product. If self decomposed, its safety and other performance will not be guaranteed.

(5) Do not touch the polymer paddle when it rotates, otherwise it may be injured. Be extra careful during installation and use.

(6) In terms of storage, corrosive gases and harmful environments should be avoided, as well as temperature ranges not exceeding -10 to 50 ℃ and humidity ranges above 85%. Especially when stored for a long time, more attention should be paid.
