U11 Ⅱ Product Introduction
The U11 V2.0 KV120 multi rotor DC brushless motor is designed specifically for multi rotor drones that require heavy lift and strong thrust for aerial photography, photography, delivery services, and agricultural crop protection. Compared to the previous generation, the maximum pulling force under the same conditions has increased by 4%. 0.2mm high specification imported silicon steel sheet, reducing iron loss and heat generation; The unique electrophoresis and high-temperature coating processes greatly enhance the rust and corrosion resistance of silicon steel sheets! Using imported oxygen free copper wire with better short-circuit resistance and high temperature resistance of 180 ℃ for precision winding, ensuring full slot rate. Paired with N42UH grade magnets, optimized arc-shaped magnetic steel, stronger magnetism, uniform air gap, smoother motor operation, and more energy-efficient dynamic flight of the aircraft. Side hole oblique groove design accelerates air flow speed and enhances heat dissipation effect by 2.5 times! The unique dust-proof mesh design and grid design ensure heat dissipation while achieving a waterproof rating of IP55. U13 Ⅱ Product Introduction
The QK-U13II DC brushless motor is designed specifically for high-power and industrial multi rotor unmanned aerial vehicles, with two KV values available for selection: KV65/KV130. Using customized imported high-temperature resistant copper wire winding to make the current pass faster, improve the response speed of the motor, and significantly reduce the copper loss of the motor, reducing the heat generation of the motor by 30%;; Based on the simulation analysis of the axial and radial working conditions of the motor, specially customized imported bearings are selected, with a normal service life of over 1000 hours, allowing your aircraft to fly 1500 sorties (40 minutes each time) with ease!
