Imported custom bearings
Based on the axial and radial working conditions
of the motor, simulation analysis is conducted to
redesign and customize the bearings to achieve a
normal operating life of over 1000 hours.
New iron core design
The new U10 adopts a brand new iron core,
and after repeated testing and comparison of
various parameters of the iron core, it took several
months to choose this brand new iron core.
While generating greater tension and higher force
efficiency, the self weight is minimized as
much as possible.
Imported custom silver wire winding
Make the current flow faster through the surface of the silver wire,
improve the responsiveness of the motor control, and make it easier
for you to control the aircraft.
At the same time, it significantly reduces the copper loss of the motor, reducing its heat generation by 30%.
