For continuous operation, it is necessary to prepare the forced cooling because it may exceed the allowable temperature depending on the size of the load.
Precautions on selection
※When using in very low speed, lack of lubrication may happen.
Contact us when using at lower than 1 rpm at output.
※When using in small radian movement, it can influence the oil filmforming of the power transmission part.
Contact us when the gearbox is used at less than 120 degree radian.
※Rapid clockwise/counter-clockwise movements may wear out the key of the output shaft.
Locking assembly is recommended to avoid the worn out.
※If the motor's flange dimensions are smaller than the gearbox adapter's □ dimensions (refer to VRB: P137-P143), the adapter's counterbore holes may not be completely covered after the motor is installed.
※If the mass ratio of the motor to the gearbox (Motor/Gearbox) is 2 or higher, or if the dimensional ratio (LM/LS) is 3 or higher, vibration may occur on the motor side depending on the operating conditions.
Please implement reinforcement or other necessary measures.
※If the ratios of the mass (motor/gearbox) and the length (LM/LS) are both over 0.8, it can create certain vibration so make sure to renforce the equipment.
