Maintenance and Precautions for Inverters
Basic Maintenance of Inverters
Clean the inverter housing: Wipe the surface of the inverter housing with a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt.
Keep ventilation unobstructed: Ensure there are no obstacles blocking around the inverter to maintain good ventilation and avoid overheating damage.
Clean the fan regularly: If the inverter is equipped with a fan, the fan should be removed and cleaned periodically to ensure it operates normally.
Check cable connections: Regularly inspect whether the inverter's cable connections are loose or detached, and ensure they are firmly connected.
Precautions for Inverters
Avoid exposure to sunlight: The inverter should be installed in a place without direct sunlight to prevent overheating and damage.
Avoid excessive humidity: The inverter should be kept away from water sources to prevent high humidity from damaging the inverter.
Avoid overloading and short circuits: The inverter should not be used beyond its rated capacity, nor should it be subjected to short circuits; otherwise, it will cause significant damage.
Regularly check the inverter's output voltage: Use a voltmeter to periodically check whether the inverter's output voltage is normal. If any abnormality is found, repair it promptly.
Replace electrolytic capacitors regularly: The electrolytic capacitors inside the inverter will age as usage time increases. Users should replace the capacitors periodically to extend the inverter's service life.
