Product Description

The flanged precision cycloidal pinwheel reducer uses a cycloidal disk and pinwheel mechanism to achieve low backlash and high shock resistance, making it ideal for robotics, CNC machine tools, and automated systems requiring accurate positioning, high torque, and a compact structure. The integrated flange design allows direct, rigid mounting to motors or frames, simplifying assembly and enhancing torsional stiffness, while its superior reduction ratio delivers smooth, reliable operation even under demanding start-stop or reversing conditions.

Wide Transmission Ratio Range
The speed ratio range of the single-stage cycloidal bevel gear reducer is from 1:6 to 1:119, with the efficient range being from 1:9 to 1:87. When using a two-stage transmission, the speed ratio can be extended to 1:7569 or even higher, enabling flexible matching of various working conditions' speed requirements.
Compact Structure
The cycloidal pinwheel reducer adopts a coaxial planetary transmission structure, which is compact in size. Compared with ordinary cylindrical gear reducers of the same specification, its volume and weight are reduced by 1/3 to 1/2. It is suitable for mobile machinery with limited space or those sensitive to weight.
Strong Overload Capacity and Impact Resistance
The smooth tooth profile design avoids stress concentration at the tooth root and ensures uniform distribution of contact stress, thus solving the problem of brittle teeth in involute gears. It has extremely strong shock and overload resistance, and can still operate reliably under short-term overload or intense shock conditions.
Long Service Life and Low Maintenance Costs
The core components are made of GCr15 bearing steel, which is quenched and finely ground to HRC 58-62. With rolling friction, the wear is extremely minimal. The small-sized models can be lubricated for life without maintenance. The design life is 2-3 times that of ordinary gear reducers.
