⑥ Motor ABC three-phase line, connected to the ESC ABC. If the direction of rotation is not the expected direction, any two of ABC can be interchanged and connected
PWM signal control
![]()
The full name of PWM in English is Pulse width modulation, also known as duty cycle signal. It represents the proportion of high level duration to the entire signal cycle. The entire cycle of PWM is 2ms, 1.5ms stop, 1.5-2ms forward, and 1.5-1ms reverse.
|
From the above figure, we can clearly see that when the PWM is 75% (1.5ms), the motor stops rotating, when the PWM is 50% (1ms), the motor rotates in the opposite direction, and when the PWM is 100% (2ms), the motor rotates in the forward direction. Of course, electronic tuning not only causes the motor to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, but can also adjust the speed of the motor rotation through the duty cycle of the PWM. When the PWM gradually changes from 75% to 50%, the motor will continue to accelerate in the reverse direction from stopping until the maximum reverse rotation is reached. When the PWM gradually changes from 75% to 100%, the motor continues to accelerate in the forward direction from stopping until it reaches the maximum forward value. That is to say, PWM is a signal that can be continuously changed, with an effective range of 50% to 100%
The frequency of PWM signals is 50hz, 100hz, 200hz, or 500hz, etc. The higher the control frequency, the shorter the cycle, the shorter the control interval, and the faster the response speed of the harmonic generator and motor. Conversely, the lower the control frequency, the longer the cycle, the longer the control interval, and the slower the response speed of the harmonic generator and motor, |
