Reception consultation
When the robot senses someone and takes the initiative to greet the customer, it will greet the customer according to the background configuration and guide the customer with voice to ask questions. After the customer asks the question, the robot will display the result of the question through voice, text, pictures or videos.
Leading the way
The robot can lead customers to their destinations. During the process, the robot can automatically avoid obstacles and remind customers by voice. After leading customers to their destinations and the customers have no other needs, the robot will automatically return to the reception point.
Scheduled patrol tasks
The platform schedules the time, route and tasks to be performed at each point of the patrol task, and the robot generates the patrol task in a timely manner.
Abnormal alarm
During the patrol mission, if there are suspicious people, abnormal situations or robot abnormalities in the environment, the robot will promptly notify the customer and the intelligent central control platform so that the customer can handle it in time.
