Usage Reminders
1.Remove the Protective Film
Before first use, remove the protective film from the robot's exterior to ensure functions such as auto-recharge work properly.
2.Charging Dock Placement
Remove the protective film on the bottom of the charging dock and secure the dock to the floor. Keep the area within 2m in front of and 0.6m on each side of the dock open and free of obstructions, so that auto-recharge and other functions work properly.
Recharging Tips
To have EBO return to its dock quickly, first use the APP to drive the robot to an open area within 2m in front of the charging dock, then tap the button to start auto-recharge.
Regular Cleaning
Clean hair off the robot's wheels every 1–2 weeks to prevent tangling that could hinder smooth movement.
Network Environment
Ensure good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the robot's activity range. Walls, floors, or being too far from the router may cause APP lag or disconnection between the APP and the robot.
Special Notes
1.The robot is compact with precision components and is not waterproof. Please keep the robot away from bathrooms to prevent it from falling into toilets or puddles, which could accidentally damage it.
2.Do not place the robot on elevated surfaces such as tables, coffee tables, or TV cabinets, as it may fall and get damaged beyond use during auto-recharge.
