Oxygen-free rod pure copper winding
Pure copper without oxygen or any deoxidizer residue, no hydrogen embrittlement, high conductivity. Reject second-hand recycled copper materials. F-grade insulation paint, vacuum impregnation process, low temperature rise, high efficiency.
Cast aluminum rotor
99.99% purity aluminum ingots, cast at a constant temperature of 600°C, tested by a rotor testing machine to avoid broken bars. The dynamic balance value is less than 5, ensuring smooth operation and reduced vibration.
Precision bearing
High-strength carbon steel bearings, dustproof, smooth, low friction resistance, increase motor life.
