A plastic-forming technology that uses thermoplastic sheets 

as the base material. After heating and softening, the sheet 

is shaped by vacuum suction or applied pressure to fit the mold 

contours, then cooled to form the desired plastic product.

Customer Purchase Instructions


1. Product drawings: 3D drawings (IGS, STP formats), material, color, quantity, thickness, and any special requirements such as UV resistance, anti-static, or fire rating.

2. File format: 3D drawings must be in IGS or STP format for order processing.

3. Supported engineering software: SolidWorks, UG, Pro/E, Mastercam, AI, CDR, CAD, etc.

4. We specialize in thick-sheet thermoforming; products have excellent appearance, but edges may have R-corners due to the process.

5. We provide a quotation according to customer requirements, including price and production lead time.

6. After confirmation, the customer pays for mold and sampling; sampling begins after receiving the payment.

7. After the sample is approved, the customer pays the deposit to start mass production. Normal production lead time is 15–20 days.

8. Packaging: simple carton packaging or as discussed with the customer.

9. Upon receiving the goods, customers should first inspect for any damage and contact us promptly if issues arise.
