Product Description
This precision planetary gear reducer features an aluminum alloy housing and high-hardness gear sets, precision-machined and hardened for low backlash, high rigidity, and quiet operation. It seamlessly integrates with servo/stepper motors, delivering high torque through multi-stage reduction. Widely used in automation equipment's power transmission systems, it ensures stable and precise power delivery for reliable operation.

Ultra high strength steel, with high toughness, corrosion resistance,good hard enability and other characteristics, imported gear broaching machine processing technology, internal gear to ensure better consistency of tooth accuracy state;After grinding treatment,the gear runs with low noise and no sticking point.
High grade alloy steel-Integrated design
The output shaft is made of high-grade alloy steel and designed in an integrated way,which can bear greater torsional rigidity.The surface of the output shaft is polished Ra0.2μm.Matching with oil seal tower to ensure minimum friction coefficient, reduce starting load, and ensure better concentricity and better sealing
20crmnti vacuum carburizing process
The gear material is 20CrMnTi, which has the characteristics of highwear resistance and high toughness. Vacuum carburizing process and heat treatment are carried out to achieve the best hardness. It has both surface hardness and core toughness. After dry cutting hobbing,secondary grinding treatment is carried out to obtain the best tooth precision. In addition, inner hole circular grinding treatment is added to ensure the higher concentricity.
7075 aviation aluminum

The advanced flange connection plate is made of 7075aluminum material with the characteristics of small deformation, high toughness and corrosion resistance. Itis suitable for various application environments. The flange connection surface is polished to RA0.6 μm. Better ensure the concentricity of reducer and motor output connection, greatly improve the transmission efficiency.
