Helical-tooth planetary gear reducer

This planetary gear reducer features high-strength alloy gears and an integrated precision housing design, delivering core advantages including high-precision transmission (accuracy up to 1-5 arc minutes), high torque output, and low-noise operation. It is compatible with various servo motors and stepper motors. Spur gears: The line of contact is straight, with typically low 

contact ratios (generally 1.0–1.5)

Helical Gears: The line of contact is helical. The meshing 

coefficient is divided into the tangential meshing coefficient 

and the axial meshing coefficient, with the total meshing 

coefficient being significantly higher (reaching 2.0–3.0 or 

higher). Under equivalent module conditions, the load capacity of helical gears is twice that of straight-cut gears.
