Explanation: FOC needs to be matched with the motor. Without parameter matching, it cannot be used normally. It is possible to purchase an electric controller separately for self adaptation (we do not provide technical support); You can also add a sample debugging fee adjustment for us to adapt.
We need to match the following steps:
Step 1: Contact customer service;
Step 2: Sample Debugging Fee Adjustment: To adapt to a motor, only one order needs to be taken, and the debugging fee is 300 yuan;
Step 3: Send us your motor and its load for testing and optimal data matching;
Step 4: Wait for 10-15 days for the shipment to be sent out.
Note:
1. As FOC is matched with the motor, bulk orders are required. In the early stage, up to 10 samples can be supported. Once the samples are confirmed to be in good condition, the minimum order quantity in the later stage shall not be less than 100PCS.
FOC is unable to stock standard products as they are all matched with customers' motors. Therefore, customers need to place bulk orders and cannot retail.
3. [Sample Debugging Fee Adjustment] 300 yuan. After placing a bulk order (with a cumulative quantity exceeding 500PCS), the [Sample Debugging Fee Adjustment] can be refunded.
