I built a bamboo drone from scratch – and it actually flies!
No 3D printer? No problem. This bare-bones drone uses a real bamboo frame, brushless motors, an ESP32, and my own dual-loop PID flight controller. WiFi control via Android app, plus ELRS for long range. Crashes? Handles them better than you'd expect. Watch to the end for the flight test – and yes, the 1-minute battery mystery is real 😅
